Day-to-day activities are varied, often involving team workshops, concept generation and refinement, engagement with a broad range of specialist engineers, reviewing and feedback on prototype and production parts, in order to drive development of best-in-class vehicles.

Joining as a graduate, Native was where I cut my teeth as an Industrial Designer. Working across projects within multiple sectors - consumer electronics, audio, medical and charity - gave me a broad perspective on challenges within design, and taught me the ability to solve them beautifully. As I moved into my role as a Design Lead, I was given the opportunity to lead projects for HP which saw us design and develop a vast range of products each year, for desktop and personal computing in both consumer and commercial fields, managing segmentation, year-on-year progression of core range as well as development on new archetypes
